After choosing either ‘Fish’, ‘Red Meat’, ‘Vegetarian’ or ‘Chef’s Surprise’ talented blind waiters lead you into complete darkness. Here, senses of taste are heightened and fancy presentation no longer improves the quality of the meal. It’s only at the end when all is revealed; Wagyu beef, shark and black pudding to name but a few. At Dans Le Noir the emphasis is on the experience; unable to see your hand in front of your face, using your fingers to fill a glass and abandoning the use of cutlery are definitely not the norm.
